Repsa offers pre and post-sales support service both on site and at plant, providing advice and technical support.

The costumer assistance service staff initially attend the works to ensure a correct assembly of our products installation.

In addition, they offer training courses to technical personnel with respect to some installation under plan.

Courses related to operation, assembly, design, etc. are also offered.

Our Technical Support Service department in Argentina has offices in Comodoro Rivadavia, Neuquén and Rincón de los Sauces.

This service which is under REPSA responsibility includes:

 

Technical staff and REPSA’s own vehicle fleet.

Previous visit to coordinate the work and installations.

Verification, jointly with the operator, of the route to be covered with the installation. 

Visit to warehouses to verify the load and unload when the material is received.

Theoretical training on site for the contractor and the operator on handling, load and unload, assembly, installation and cleaning of erfv lines.

Practical training at the begining of the assembly.

A first hydraulic test at 300 or 500 meters to validate the suitability of the qualified staff.

Visits and spot monitoring to verify the progress of the work and the quality of the works.

Presence in the final hydraulic test to validate the lines.

Permanent contact between the technical personnel and the staff of the company in charge of the installation of the pipes and others for any doubts and queries.

Accessories, assembly inputs and repair tubes disponibility in Comodoro Rivadavia with just in time delivery for any contingency.

Technical support and contact available 24 hs a day.

Presence of our technicians after the installation is finished for any contingency. Available 24 hs.

Work support as for the selection or recommendation about contractors if so required by the operator.

Periodical visits to the site to verify the installations and technical support.

This service has no cost for the operator or the contractor.
